Our two Bedroom Beachfront Villas are located on both the ground level and the first floor of our two storey complex, with amazing views of the lagoon. Our villas are perfect for families or friends travelling together looking for Rarotonga Beachfront Accommodation. Each Villa has a spacious living area and bedrooms located away from each other, affording the greatest amount of privacy.

Each air-conditioned villa features a private patio or balcony, king size beds, in-room safe, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen including cook top, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a convenient luggage storage area.

• Please let us know if you require any bedding arrangements in the comments section of your booking. Infant cots are permitted in all room categories (except the Beachside Apartment Studio) in addition to the maximum number of guests for $20.00 per stay from 01 April 2025.
• Please note that children 12 years and over are considered as adults.
• We require your arrival and departure flight information at the time of booking or prior to your arrival. Arrival transfers are compulsory for arrivals between 6pm and 8am (payable upon check out).
• Our standard check in time is 2pm daily and check out is at 10am daily. Should you arrive prior to this time, you can store your luggage at reception until your room becomes available and until your departure from the property upon check out.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability for a fee. Please ask our reception staff if this is available. To guarantee early access or for a late departure we recommend booking an additional night to secure room.
• All rates include a breakfast starter pack for the first morning,complimentary use of kayaks, snorkelling equipment, beach towels and sun loungers.
