Property Assignments
Please assign your guests to their property. Nominate their names to each property.
You have nominated multiple property; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all property. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.



Free change of date or full cancellation for all existing and any new bookings made to 31 March 2021, as long as the date change or cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.  For Cancellations within 1 day before arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night.

For arrivals from 01 April 2021 we will offer free date changes for travel dates to 31 October 2021 with existing standard cancellation policies remain in place.
We will waive any cancellation or amendment fees for any bookings that need to be changed or cancelled due to Government border restrictions or ill health (medical certificate essential), resulting from Covid-19.
For all other arrival dates, existing cancellation policies remain in place.




Once a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation policy will apply and will be enforced:
31 days prior to arrival - NO FEE
15 - 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of total accommodation
8 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation
1 - 7 days prior to arrival - 75% of total accommodation
NO SHOW - 100% of total accommodation
Also applies to any amendments made within the same time frame.
