COVID19 FLEXIBLE TRAVEL POLICY – Book with Confidence
Book now, pay later and enjoy fully flexible date changes
For travellers affected by international travel restrictions, or ill-health due to COVID19, we are making additional adjustments to our Standard Cancellation Policy, to give you extra peace of mind.
Simply book now, and pay 50% deposit 30 days prior to travel.
For COVID19 related cancellations and amendments:-
• Prior to 24 hours of arrival, free date changes are allowed for travel up to 12 months from original travel dates.
(note: medical certificate is required).
•Cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival, you will be charged 25% of total accommodation. Not applicable to NON-REFUNDABLE bookings.
For all other reasons for cancellations, the below Standard Cancellation Policy will be applied.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation policy will apply and will be enforced:-
31 days prior to arrival - NO FEE
30-15 days prior to arrival - 25% of total accommodation
14-8 days prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation
7-1 days prior to arrival - 75% of total accommodation
NO SHOW - 100% of total accommodation
Also applies to any amendments made within the same time frame.
We will retain a 3.5% Administration fee in a case of a refund.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for all other unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claim.
