Pre-Register Flights arriving prior to 6am must pre-register for a full nights accommodation, otherwise check-in is 12 noon, ECI is not available for flights arriving prior to 6am
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Outside 30 days prior to expected arrival date - no charge
- Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival - a fee of the relevant room rate equal to one night per 7 nights booked (or part thereof) will be charged.
- Between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival - a fee of the relevant room rate equal to 2 nights per 7 nights (or part thereof) will be charged
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee charged at the relevant room rate. Subject only to refund for any nights resold
- No shows are payable in full (subject only to refund for any nights resold)
