If your ensure what dates you wish to travel & how long for? Don't worry; just follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the left of the screen, and you will obtain our most up to date specials & offers available.
If you like what you see, then simply follow the instruction and your booking will be confirmed in minutes.
NEED TO KNOW: Rarotonga is 22 hours behind NZ & 20 hours behind Australia (VIC, NSW Time). Example: If your flight leaves NZ at 11am on monday morning; flight arrival into Rarotonga is at 4pm on sunday afternoon.
PRE-REGISTRATION - Most flights into Rarotonga arrive in the early hours of the morning. If your flight arrives before 6:00am you must pre-register to include the night of your arrival. Pre-Reg guarantees you check in on arrival (without pre-reg check in time is 12pm noon).
Example: Flight leaves NZ at 8pm on friday night; flight arrival into Rarotonga is 1.40am on friday morning. Accommodation must be booked to include Thursday evening for instant acces at 2.30am on friday morning.
DEPOSIT: A 2 night minimum deposit will be charged to the credit card details you have provided at time of booking. Moana Sands accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once a booking is confirmed the following cancellation policy will apply:
Outside 30 days prior to expected arrival date - no charge.
Between 30-15 days prior to arrival; a fee equal to 1 night per 7 nights booked (thereof) will be charged.
Between 14-8 days prior to arrival ; a fee equal to 2 nights per 7 nights booked (thereof) will be charged.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Subject only to refund for any nights resold
No shows are payable in full
